Payment Options

At Madison Lane we recognise that our customers like choices when making payments online, as such we are able to offer four payment methods.

Eway

Eway is our secure gateway for credit card payments via the website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card details are not stored by us. This payment method is immediate.

Pay Pal

Paypal offers a secure payment method for Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit options.

Simply select PayPal at the checkout and you will be directed briefly to our checkout area at the Paypal website.This payment process is immediate.

Direct Deposit

We understand that some customers may like to pay for their purchase directly from their own bank.

Should you prefer this method, select the direct deposit option at the checkout and you will be provided with our bank account details.

Your funds transfer may take a few days to appear in our account, this is normal. We will ship your purchase as soon as funds appear and email you to confirm this.

Phone Credit Card Payments

Should you wish to complete your order over the phone we can process payments by Visa, Mastercard or Amex this way. You will be provided with the contact details at the checkout.

Layby

By popular request we can now offer a Layby facility for all purchases (with the exception of Organic Bubs).

Layby Terms & How To Order

• We offer layby terms over 8 weeks – should you require a longer period please email jen@madisonlane.com.au and we can explore this further.
• 10% deposit is required at the time an order is placed.
• In Additional Information type "Layby".
• Select Layby as the Payment Method.
• You will be provided with Bank Deposit Details, or you can email jen@madisonlane.com.au should you prefer to make your layby payments by credit card. We can arrange a regular credit card payment should you wish.
• Should deposit not occur within 7 days the order will be assumed as cancelled.
• Payments are required fortnightly.
• Should your layby not be completed within 8weeks and no further communication has been received, it will be considered cancelled and items returned to stock.

Please Note;

• Layby customers will be only be sent a final reminder during the 8th week of their layby term.
• Whilst we will make every effort to ensure your Layby is completed on time, it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure regular payments are made.
• Should you cancel your layby at anytime your 10% deposit is non refundable.
