Shipping
At Madison Lane we pride ourselves on first class service from first click to arrival at your door. Orders are beautifully packaged in boxes or tough bags rather than satchels to ensure safer arrival of your beautiful items, with a confirmation email sent for all orders on dispatch.
All of our Australia wide shipping is via Australia Post eParcel. This gives the security of registered post and the convenience of being able to ship to PO boxes or being able to pick items up from your local Post Office if you are not home at time of delivery.
As a rule, all eParcel deliveries require a signature on delivery, but we can mark parcels to be left on premises if you request this. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items delivered as such, so we recommend delivery to a work address or pick up from your Post Office if you cannot be home.
Australian Orders
Australian orders placed by 1pm will be the shipped same day by Australia Post irrespective of how little or how much you spend with us.
For all Australian orders of less than $150 a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply. For all orders over $150 shipping is free of charge - excluding furniture (couches and arm chairs).
As a general rule most orders will be received within 3- 5 working days, some remote areas maybe a little longer, however we will contact you should it be anticipated that your delivery will be delayed.
Express Post is available at the checkout, and a total charge of $20 will be applied irrespective of order value. This is via Express Post eParcel (as opposed to prepaid satchels) and would still arrive boxed.
International Orders
Madison Lane offers world-wide shipping via Air Mail with Australia Post.
A flat $20 charge applies to up to 3 items excluding shoes, should you wish to purchase shoes please email us at info@madisonlane.com.au and we will provide you with the appropriate shipping costs.
After we have confirmed your order and shipping costs, dispatch will occur within 24hours or the next working day, we will confirm dispatch via email. You should expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks.

Whilst we will aim to ensure that your order is received within the timeframe indicated, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforseen circumstances.
